Deputy Director of Mobilisation, Owek. Henry Basaliza, today met leaders of the PLU Mpigi Task Force for discussions on grassroots mobilisation and coordination across the district.
The meeting focused on bringing the Mpigi team into closer working coordination with PLU structures and strengthening organisation at the grassroots.
The task force leaders agreed to work with PLU on mobilisation activities and to improve coordination among the different teams operating across Mpigi District.
The engagement was largely organisational, with emphasis placed on building a more coordinated district structure and ensuring that activities at local level are better aligned.
The meeting gives the Mpigi Task Force a clearer framework for working alongside PLU structures as mobilisation continues across the district.
