The people of Bushenyi are hardworking, enterprising and deeply committed to the progress of our country. As their representative, I remain focused on a Uganda where families can improve their incomes, farmers can earn more from their work, and women and young people have meaningful opportunities to participate in our country’s economic transformation.

I appreciate the work being undertaken by the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) in bringing Ugandans together around patriotism, unity, service and national development. I particularly recognise the efforts of the PLU leadership and General Secretary, Rt. Hon. Fadil Twalla, in strengthening grassroots structures and engaging leaders and communities across the country.

As we look towards Uganda’s future, I believe our country must continue to safeguard peace and stability while placing greater emphasis on household incomes, productive agriculture, employment for young people, better public services and opportunities for every Ugandan to prosper.

It is in that spirit that I endorse Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for the Presidency of Uganda in 2031. I associate myself with the PLU vision of patriotism, unity and service, and with the aspiration for leadership that builds on Uganda’s progress while responding to the changing needs and ambitions of our people.

I add my voice to this national conversation with confidence in the ability of Ugandans to work together for a united, secure and prosperous country, and I remain committed to serving the people of Bushenyi and Uganda with dedication.
